Gavin owned and operated a high end catering operation for nearly a decade. Always bringing the same passion and craft to small, intimate dinners that he does for foundations such as X-Prize, Operation Smile, and Nourishing NYC. Gavin creates his seasonal menus utilizing the highest quality local ingredients sourced from hometown farmers and GrowNYC.
